Are you passionate about supporting young learners in their educational journey?

A reputable school based in Small Heath is seeking a dedicated Year 4 Full-Time Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic team in September 2024.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons, providing one-on-one support to students, and creating a nurturing learning environment.

Responsibilities:
– Support the class teacher in planning and implementing educational activities for Year 4 students.
– Provide individualized support to students with learning difficulties or special educational needs.
– Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
– Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all students.
– Collaborate with the teaching staff to monitor student progress and development.

Requirements:
– Previous experience working with primary school-aged children.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
– A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners.
– Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or childcare.

Pay will be starting at £75 per day based on references and experiences.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
