Zest Education, an award-winning education recruitment agency, is currently working with a 3-form entry school that is actively seeking a dedicated Year 4 PPA teacher to join their team.

As a Year 4 PPA teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting the students’ learning and development. Some of the general duties involved in this role include:

1. Delivering engaging lessons: You will create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum while ensuring they are interactive, stimulating, and cater to the diverse needs of the students.

2. Providing individualized support: You will work closely with students on a one-on-one basis, identifying their strengths and weaknesses, and providing additional support to help them achieve their full potential.

3. Collaborating with colleagues: Being part of a great team of staff, you will collaborate and share resources, ideas, and best practices to enhance the overall learning environment.

4. Creating a positive atmosphere: You will create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment, promoting positive behavior and encouraging students to develop a love for learning.

5. Assessing and monitoring student progress: You will continuously assess and monitor the progress of the students, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents to ensure ongoing development.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
