Look no further, Zest Education has teamed up with a wonderful primary school in the Smethwick area that is searching for a year 4 teacher to begin teaching as soon as possible and continue until the end of the academic year. This position (0.8) will require the candidate to work Monday – Thursday each week.

To be successful within this position you must:
– Strong understanding of the Year 4 curriculum
– Ability to create engaging lesson plans for diverse learners
– Excellent classroom management skills
– Effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues
– A valid teaching qualification ( QTS or equivalent)
For a Year 4 teaching position, it is essential to possess a strong understanding of the Year 4 curriculum. As a teacher, you should be able to create engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of diverse learners in your classroom. Effective classroom management skills are crucial for maintaining a positive learning environment. Communication is key – you should be able to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to education. Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
