We are recruiting for a Year 4 teacher to join a rapidly improving school in the Quinton area of south Birmingham. This is a long-term role, starting in the new academic year, and will continue into the spring term 2023.
The school is a busy primary which caters for a broad range of pupils and has a supportive inclusive environment which enables all children to grow both mentally and independently. The team promote the well-being of everyone in school to ensure they are happy and confident in what they do.
The successful candidate must:
- Hold valid QTS
- Have a solid and up to date knowledge of the curriculum
- Have exemplary planning and assessment skills
- Be consistent in maintaining positive behaviour for learning
- Have a strong classroom presence to manage behaviour and keep children focused
- Be a conscientious, hard-working, and reliable teacher
This is a part time role, working on a job share basis, and will be a 0.5 contract. The days worked will be decided upon successful application.
