We are recruiting for a Year 5 teacher to join a challenging school in Castle Bromwich area to start from October 2022 for a 6-month contract.  The position will be long-term covering until Easter 2023 and full planning will be provided.

The successful candidate must:

  • Hold valid QTS
  • Be consistent in maintaining positive behaviour for learning
  • Have a flair for teaching and engaging with a broad range of pupils
  • Be an approachable, reliable, and resourceful individual
  • Have a strong work ethic and team player attitude
  • Show passion for education and have a natural flair for teaching

This busy primary school is a 3-form entry which promotes a love of learning and ensuring all children are catered for by having an open and inclusive ethos across all year groups. The school has rapidly improving academic results and is looking to expand in the near future. The team here work hard to embrace change and maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning.

Both newly qualified teacher/early careers teacher (NQT/ECT) and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply. There is potential for a permanent role to be available for the right candidate from September 2022.
