Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic y5 Teacher to work at a 1 form entry primary school in Atherstone. This part-time role will involve teaching a Year 5 class on Mondays to Wednesdays. You will be doing the full class role as you will be covering a maternity leave starting in September 2024.
The school itself provides exciting learning experiences aiming to match the needs of each pupil as an individual. Their friendly pupils are enthusiastic and hardworking and play an active and interested part in school life influencing decisions through their own School Council.
As a Year 5 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the academic and personal development of students during this critical stage of primary education. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong commitment to delivering engaging and effective lessons that inspire a love for learning.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
