Zest are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic full-time Year 5 Teaching Assistant to join the team at a primary school in Marston Green.
The ideal candidate must be Level 3 qualified and passionate about supporting the learning and development of primary school students. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons, provide one-on-one support to students, and contribute to creating a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
– Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons.
– Support individual students with their learning and development.
– Help with classroom management and ensure a safe learning environment.
– Provide feedback to teachers on students’ progress and performance.
– Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events.
Requirements:
– Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
– Previous experience working with primary school children.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
– Passion for education and supporting student growth.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
