Roles and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to Year 6 students, preparing them for their transition to secondary school. Key responsibilities include designing engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive classroom environment conducive to learning. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to inspire and motivate students.

Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably in Key Stage 2
– Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks
– Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
– Excellent classroom management skills and a proactive approach to student behavior
– Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaboration with colleagues

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
