You will be required to make accurate and productive use of assessment to secure their progress, encouraging the children to respond to feedback and reflect on their own progress. Being a reflective practitioner is important as you will be expected to regularly review the effectiveness of your own teaching and the impact on pupils’ progress and attainment.
