Are you an experienced Year 6 teacher looking for a new opportunity? Look no further! We have an exciting position available at our wonderful school in Lichfield.
Zest Education are currently working with a ‘good’ rated school in Oldbury who are looking for a dedicated year 6 teacher to start November 2025 on a ongoing basis. The role will require the successful candidate to work Monday to Friday across this period.

As a Year 6 teacher, you will play a vital role in preparing our students for their transition to secondary school. You will be responsible for delivering lessons that are both challenging and inspiring, ensuring that each student reaches their full potential. You will have a strong understanding of the Year 6 curriculum and be able to differentiate your teaching to meet the diverse needs of our students.
To be successful within this role you must:
– Relevant teaching qualification (QTS equivalent)
– Experience teaching Year 6 students
– Excellent knowledge of the Year 6 curriculum and SATS preparation
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
