Zest is currently helping a school in Saltley to recruit for an engaging teacher to join their team in the new academic year. The role will involve working in Year 6 so having experience with SATs is desired.  The role is initially for 2 terms but there is the opportunity for the role to extend for the right candidate. The role is to start as soon as possible for the right candidate.

This two-form entry school is warm, friendly, and inviting, putting the children at the very heart of everything they do. The school provide a well-structured, exciting curriculum to all pupils no matter their needs. The school also has a strong focus on a number of values which were chosen by the school community as they believe these will help lead all children to success.

The successful candidate must have a thorough knowledge of the year 6 curriculum and have a range of techniques to deliver lessons to the class. You must also be organized, resilient and versatile whilst being approachable and a strong team player.

Planning will be provided however you will be required to complete some marking and assessment.

The pay for this from will range from £130- £190 a day.
