Are you a passionate and dedicated Year 6 Teacher looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking an experienced educator to join our vibrant school in Uttoxeter. Starting as soon as possible until the end of the school year. As a Year 6 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, monitoring pupil progress, marking work, and providing support to children in their learning journey.
**Responsibilities:**
– Delivering engaging and innovative lessons to a Year 6 class
– Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback
– Maintaining a high standard of behaviour in line with school policies
– Supporting children in their learning and development
**Requirements:**
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Previous teaching experience
– Strong curriculum knowledge
– Understanding of safeguarding procedures
– Hold or be willing to obtain a valid DBS

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
