Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Our client is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team at a specialist school in Coventry that caters to students aged 3-11. The school prides itself on having specialist knowledge and skills to support children with a wide range of needs. Their approach is nurturing and caring, ensuring every child receives the individual attention and support they require to thrive.
Requirements:
– Experience working with children in a SEND environment
– Understanding of various strategies to support children with complex needs
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Patience and empathy towards children with diverse needs
– Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
