We’re recruiting for an enthusiastic, bright, and hard-working individual to work on a long-term basis as a year 6 teacher at a busy 3 form entry primary school in Burton. The role will begin in May 2022 and will continue into the new academic year.
The school is a local busy primary school with a growing reputation in the area. The team here are dedicated and put the children at the heart of everything they do. The team here are also supported through all development and training and are continually looking for strong team players to join their team.
The successful candidate must be a reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic individual. They must also be passionate to enable them to support and inspire the children throughout their learning. All marking must also be completed to a high standard which meets the school’s marking policy.
The pay for this role will be dependent on experience and references for the candidate.
Both newly qualified teachers (NQT’s)/Early careers teacher (ECT’s) and teachers with previous experience will be equally considered for this role. If you have previous experience working with SAT’S preparation then this would be advantageous for the role however if not all training will be provided.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
