Responsibilities:
– Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of KS2 students.
– Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters students’ academic and personal growth.
– Assess and evaluate students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance their learning journey.
– Collaborate with other teachers and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
– Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child’s progress and any areas for improvement.

Requirements:
– QTS certification is essential.
– Prior experience working with KS2 students is highly desirable.
– A genuine passion for education and a commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of young learners.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively plan and deliver lessons.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
