As a Year 5 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for your students. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver engaging lessons and ensure the academic progress of the class. This part-time position is perfect for those seeking flexibility, as it requires working mornings only from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
– Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and personalized lessons that align with the national curriculum.
– Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and collaborative learning.
– Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing constructive feedback to support their individual development.
– Maintain effective communication with parents and colleagues to promote a supportive and cohesive school community.
– Implement effective behavior management strategies to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.

Requirements:
– Hold a valid QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) certification.
– Previous experience in teaching Year 5 students is preferred, but not essential.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
– Strong organisational skills to effectively manage lesson planning, assessments, and administrative tasks.
– Passion for education and a commitment to providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
