– Monitor and assess pupil progress, offering constructive feedback as necessary.
– Establish positive relationships with students, promoting a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
– Communicate effectively with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child’s progress and any areas of concern.
– Contribute to the overall welfare and pastoral care of children.

Requirements:
– Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant within an Early Years setting is preferred.
– A relevant qualification such as CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education or equivalent is desirable.
– Good knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework and the national curriculum.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
– Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
– Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively within a team.

If you are seeking a rewarding role where you can make a positive impact on young children’s lives, this position is perfect for you. To apply, please submit your CV and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and suitability for the role to [email protected]
