Zest Education is currently recruiting for a Year 3 Teacher to work on a 0.8 basis at a primary school in Burntwood.
This position is a maternity cover, starting in April 2024, with the possibility of a permanent role thereafter.
The school is constantly improving in academic and attainment levels and is looking for someone who can fit right into the day to day life there while continuing to maintain a supportive and inclusive environment.
Requirements:
– Valid QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
– Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, particularly Year 3
– Strong understanding of the national curriculum
– Ability to create engaging and creative lesson plans
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
– Delivering high-quality lessons that inspire and motivate students
– Assessing and monitoring student progress
– Collaborating with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
– Providing constructive feedback to students and parents
– Participating in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
