KS2 Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Job Description

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a new challenge? Zest Education are currently seeking a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a dedicated team at a reputable primary school in Solihull to start in September 2024 on an ongoing basis.

As a HLTA, you will primarily support a year 5 class, providing invaluable assistance to the classroom teacher. Additionally, you will have some PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) cover responsibilities in the KS2 classes across the school. Therefore, experience in KS2 is essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, possesses excellent behaviour management skills, and excels in classroom management techniques. You will have the ability to engage and inspire students, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
