Job Description

Zest are working closely with a Primary School who have the opportunity to appoint a well organised, reliable and enthusiastic individual to undertake the role of Administration Assistant.

This primary academy adhere to community spirit and take pride in delivering excellent customer service.  The appointed applicant will be the first point of call for all staff and parents, as well as external visitors and therefore it is imperative that you have a friendly and welcoming nature.  They will also be responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area.

The ideal candidate must be willing to work within a team at times, however, must also be able to effectively undertake solo working, and be someone who takes pride in delivering excellent front facing customer service and, friendly telephone communications.

The role will require elements of administrative duties and, the appointed applicant will be expected to support the administrative team with reasonable administrative tasks where necessary, admin tasks may peak during busier times such as parents evening etc.

Hours:                  20 hours per week, term time only (Monday – Friday, 12.30pm – 4.30pm)  

Location:             Lichfield

Start Date:          As soon as possible

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.

The role advertised is for temporary supply work.
