Are you a passionate Early Careers Teacher looking to kickstart your teaching career in a nurturing environment? Zest Education is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for an ECT to join a lovely primary school in Coventry starting in September 2024 on a long-term basis.
As a dedicated ECT or experienced Class Teacher at this popular Primary School, you will play a crucial role in shaping young minds in the Early Years. The ideal candidate should showcase a deep understanding of outstanding teaching practices, a commitment to promoting equality, and a relentless drive for excellence. We are seeking someone who is reflective, open to feedback, and eager to collaborate with fellow educators to ensure the highest standards of education.
To be considered for this role, you must hold UK QTS or PGCE, reside in Coventry, and have a passion for teaching in the Early Years. This position is perfect for an ECT who is eager to grow professionally through a supportive Induction program and has received positive feedback from previous teaching placements.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
