Zest Education are hiring a Finance Assistant to join the team of a highly regarded Secondary School based on the south side of Birmingham City Centre.
The role is due to start in April 2026 (or sooner for the right candidate) and will run for the remainder of the academic year.
This post is an exciting opportunity to join our administration team. The successful applicant will provide effective administrative support to the Finance Manager in the first instance. This role will include raising and processing purchases orders and invoices, acting as a point of contact for financial queries and maintaining accurate financial records. Duties will also include more general administrative support to the main office as well as covering reception and administering first aid as required.
Rates start from £13.50/hr dependent on experience.
You will need to be educated to at least GCSE level and will need to have administrative experience and be competent in Microsoft Office packages. High standards of verbal and written literacy are essential, as is an attention to detail and a real enthusiasm for working with young people.
