Zest education are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join the team on a part-time basis at a brilliant primary school in Sutton coldfield. As a 0.5-day role, you will be responsible for providing support to students every afternoon starting in January 2025. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children with diverse learning abilities and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
Key responsibilities will include assisting the class teacher in implementing individual education plans, providing one-on-one support to students as and when needed, and helping to create engaging and inclusive learning activities. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and a proactive approach to supporting the educational development of all students.
