Are you looking for a temporary position that allows you to make a valuable contribution to education? A School in Sutton Coldfield is currently seeking School Exam Invigilators to assist during exam seasons. As an Exam Invigilator, your role will involve supervising students during exams, ensuring all exam regulations are followed, and maintaining a calm and orderly exam environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervising students during exams to prevent cheating and ensure a fair testing environment.
– Distributing exam materials and collecting completed papers promptly.
– Assisting with setting up exam rooms and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
– Reporting any incidents or irregularities during exams to the appropriate staff members.
– Providing support to students with special accommodations as needed.
Qualifications:
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
– Flexibility to work varying shift patterns, which may include part of the day or the full day.
