School Administrator

Job Description

 

Do you have a passion for organisation and supporting a team? Zest Education is currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a thriving team at a reputable secondary school in Walsall. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a difference in the education sector.

Responsibilities:
– Managing school correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters
– Maintaining student records and databases accurately
– Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
– Supporting the school staff with administrative tasks
– Organising school events and activities
– Handling financial transactions and budgets
– Managing office supplies and equipment
– Assisting with recruitment processes

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a school administrative role is preferred
– Strong organisational and time-management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
– Ability to work effectively in a team setting

This is a full-time position working with a team of 5 other administrative professionals. The role offers a great opportunity for growth and development within the education sector. Immediate start available.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position is recent and relevant experience, ideally school-based within the last 5 years.
