**Job Duties:**
– Managing school records and databases
– Assisting with student enrollment and attendance tracking
– Communicating with parents, students, and staff members
– Supporting senior leadership with administrative tasks
– Organising school events and meetings
– Managing office supplies and equipment
– Handling incoming calls and emails
– Other general administrative duties as required

**Requirements:**
– Previous experience in a school administrative role
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of school policies and procedures is an advantage
