Zest Education is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a vibrant primary school in Tamworth, teaching in Key Stage 1. Key Responsibilities:
– Planning and delivering engaging lessons for a Key Stage 1 class.
– Adapting teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
– Assessing and marking student learning progress.
– Engaging in professional development opportunities.
– Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and safe learning environment.
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
– Flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow.
– Ability to work effectively in a team.
– Strong knowledge of the curriculum and safeguarding procedures.
