School Cleaner

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated School Cleaner to join  a Secondary School that we closely work with in Wolverhampton. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the school premises. This is a part-time position with morning and afternoon shifts on weekdays. This role is to start in April 2025 until at least July 2025 with the potential to be extended.

Key Responsibilities:
– Cleaning designated areas of the school, including classrooms, hallways, and restrooms
– Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
– Emptying trash receptacles and ensuring proper disposal of waste
– Refilling supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
– Following health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment

Requirements:
– Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred
– Ability to work independently and efficiently
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Good communication skills
– Reliable and punctual
