Job Description

Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking to make a difference in a fantastic school environment? Zest Education is seeking a Year 4 teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school in Derby starting as soon as possible until the end of the academic year.

At this outstanding school, we cater for all pupils and provide a supportive environment for both students and staff. As a Year 4 teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, marking work, assessing pupil progress, providing feedback, collaborating with colleagues to support students, and creating a nurturing classroom atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Plan and teach engaging lessons for a Year 4 class
– Mark work and assess pupil progress
– Provide constructive feedback to students
– Collaborate with colleagues to support pupils
– Create a welcoming and nurturing classroom environment
– Maintain behaviour standards around the school

**Ideal Candidate:**
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Teaching experience, preferably in a Year 4 setting
– Strong curriculum and safeguarding knowledge
– Organized, flexible, dedicated, and supportive
– Passionate about education and student development
