Are you a dedicated and passionate Year 1 teacher looking for a new opportunity in Burton? Zest Education is seeking a talented individual to join a great primary school starting in April 2025 until the end of the school term, with the possibility of extension.
As a Year 1 teacher, your responsibilities will include teaching engaging lessons to a Year 1 class, marking pupils work, supporting pupils in their learning journey, maintaining high standards of behaviour in line with school policies, and collaborating with colleagues to uphold a positive school environment.
The ideal candidate will possess QTS, have relevant teaching experience, a strong understanding of the national curriculum, familiarity with safeguarding procedures, and either hold or be willing to obtain a DBS certificate.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
