Zest Education are currently seeking a skilled and experienced School Personal Assistant to the Headteacher on a long-term basis at our school in West Bromwich. As a key member of the Executive Team, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support and facilitating the smooth operation of the school’s leadership.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Provide effective and efficient personal assistant support to the Executive Team, including secretarial, clerical, and administrative tasks.
– Act as the first point of contact for internal and external queries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
– Manage the diaries of the Executive Team, coordinating meetings, and handling documentation for various boards and meetings.
– Assist in the planning and preparation of events, collaborating with other departments and external stakeholders.
– Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Team and Senior Leadership Team.
– Support and assist the Senior Executive Assistant as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

– Previous experience in a PA role supporting senior executives
– Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload effectively.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels..
– Proactive and adaptable approach to work, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
