Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Tamworth. This position is available to start as soon as possible and will continue until the end of the school year. The successful candidate will work closely with a delightful pupil who requires additional support in their learning.
Responsibilities:
– Working 1:1 with the pupil to provide tailored support
– Assisting pupils in their learning activities
– Supporting the class teacher in delivering lessons
– Collaborating with the class teacher to carry out assessments
Requirements:
– Level 3 qualification in Education (preferred)
– Experience working in a primary school setting
– Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
– Hold or be willing to obtain a DBS check

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
