Zest Education is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated ECT to join a brilliant primary school in Derby, starting after Easter until the end of the school year. Key Responsibilities:
– Delivering engaging and interactive lessons to a full class of primary students
– Marking student work and providing constructive feedback
– Supporting pupils in their learning journey and providing additional help when needed
– Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
– Setting high standards of behaviour and promoting a culture of respect and cooperation
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Previous teaching experience, including placements or internships
– Knowledge of the national curriculum and educational best practices
– Understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures
– Hold or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS clearance

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
