Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons in line with the school’s curriculum.
– Assess, track, and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support.
– Create an inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation and student engagement.
– Foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills through real-world business case studies and examples.
– Contribute to extracurricular activities and departmental initiatives.
– Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality teaching across the department.
– Stay updated with the latest developments in Business Studies education.

Qualifications & Experience:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
– Degree in Business Studies, Economics, or a related field.
– Experience teaching Business Studies at Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 (preferred).
– Strong knowledge of the business curriculum, including the ability to teach GCSE and A-Level.
– A passion for Business Studies and a commitment to student success.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities.
