Are you an experienced school administrator looking for a new challenge? Zest Education is currently recruiting for a dynamic and organised individual to join our team. This role may include receptionist duties, back-office admin tasks, and possibly some finance responsibilities.
Requirements:
– Experience working in a school environment
– Proficient in school systems such as SIMS, Arbor, School Comms, etc.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Duties of a School Administrator:
1. Managing school reception, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries.
2. Providing administrative support to staff, teachers, and students.
3. Maintaining student records and ensuring data accuracy in school systems.
4. Assisting with finance tasks such as processing payments, invoices, and budget tracking.
5. Coordinating school events, meetings, and appointments.
6. Communicating with parents, stakeholders, and external organizations.
7. Supporting the smooth running of day-to-day school operations.

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
