Zest Education is seeking an inspiring Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a school in Tamworth, starting in May until the end of the school year. You will become part of a dedicated team of professionals committed to the learning and development of their pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
– Delivering engaging lessons to a Year 1 class
– Marking student work and providing feedback
– Supporting pupils’ learning and development
– Continuing personal professional development
– Setting and maintaining high standards of behaviour in the classroom
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Teaching experience
– Knowledge of the national curriculum
– Understanding of safeguarding procedures
– Hold or willing to obtain a DBS certificate

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
