Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver engaging lessons to a year 5 class
– Mark work and provide constructive feedback to students
– Collaborate with colleagues and parents to make assessments and set targets
– Support pupils’ learning and progress
– Create a supportive learning environment that fosters growth and development
– Set high standards of behaviour in line with school policies

Ideal Candidate:
– Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Have teaching experience and a strong understanding of the national curriculum
– Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to promoting student welfare
– Excellent communication and organisational skills
– Flexibility and willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
