Zest Education is currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to support the Head Teacher of a prestigious secondary school in Great Barr. This is an initial 12-week temporary position with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
– Provide full administration support to the Head Teacher
– Manage the Head Teacher’s diary and schedule appointments
– Handle general correspondence and message taking
– Update data onto the school system as required
Requirements:
– Previous experience working as a PA, preferably within an education setting or similar
– Strong organisational and communication skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
– Excellent attention to detail
Hours: 8:30am – 16:00pm
