Looking for flexible work or trying to get a bit more experience in schools? Zest work with most schools in Sandwell, with schools in the West Bromwich area, looking for supply teachers. This will start in September 2022, and we can be very flexible in that we will get you work on the days you want to work, whether its 1 or 5 days. We offer day to day work as well as short and long term roles.
A good supply teacher will be supportive, creative, and passionate in what they do. All these qualities schools find help get the best out of the students while also having them enjoy the lessons you are covering. Subjects you are expected to cover will be ones such as English, Maths, Science, History, Computer Science, and RE. The work will be set, you will just have to watch over the lesson making sure all pupils are on track.

Both newly qualified teachers (NQT) / Early careers teachers (ECT) and experienced teachers will be equally considered for this role.
