Zest Education is currently recruiting for a Cover Supervisor to join an Outstanding-rated secondary school in Birmingham. The school prides itself on ensuring that all children and staff start and end the day happy, creating a positive educational atmosphere for everyone.

Position: Cover Supervisor
Start Date: September 2025
Working Hours: To be discussed, within the school working day (8.30am – 3.30pm)
Contract: Temporary

Key Responsibilities:
– Carrying out lessons as directed by teaching staff
– Overseeing students and maintaining a focused learning environment in the classroom
– Providing support to students during their lessons

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
