Zest Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join a Secondary School in Cannock for a temporary position starting in June 2025 for one term. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching English to secondary school students and be committed to creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
– Create a positive and stimulating learning environment
– Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to students and parents
– Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the English department
– Participate in school events and extracurricular activities as required
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
– Experience teaching English at the secondary school level
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to motivate and inspire students
– Knowledge of the UK national curriculum for English
