Location: North West London
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only
Salary: £34,200 – £35,800 (Actual Salary)

We are currently looking for a Data and Admissions Manager to join a highly successful and inclusive secondary school in North West London.

About the Role:

As the Data and Admissions Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management, analysis, and reporting of school data, as well as coordinating the full admissions cycle from application to enrollment. Working closely with senior leaders and administrative staff, you’ll ensure that all data systems are maintained to the highest standard and that the admissions process runs efficiently and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the school’s Management Information System (MIS)

  • Lead on school census data submissions and ensure compliance with statutory requirements

  • Oversee pupil admissions, in-year transfers, and transition processes

  • Produce and analyse data reports to support school improvement and performance tracking

  • Liaise with parents, local authorities, and external agencies regarding admissions

  • Support senior leadership in strategic planning through data insights

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have prior experience in a data and/or admissions management role within a school or similar setting

  • Be proficient in the use of school MIS systems (e.g., SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom)

  • Demonstrate strong analytical and organisational skills

  • Be an excellent communicator with a collaborative approach

  • Be able to work independently, managing competing priorities and deadlines
