**Role Overview:**
– Delivering lessons to a year 3 class
– Marking work and providing feedback to students
– Collaborating with colleagues across the school
– Supporting children with their work and academic progress
– Creating a welcoming and supportive classroom environment
– Setting a high standard of behaviour within the classroom

**Ideal Candidate:**
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Previous teaching experience
– Excellent knowledge of the primary curriculum
– Understanding of safeguarding practices
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to motivate and inspire young learners
