We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cover Supervisor to join our team at a vibrant Secondary School in Stoke-on-Trent. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising students and ensuring a positive learning environment in the absence of teachers.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and support students in various classes
– Manage classroom behaviour effectively
– Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the teacher
– Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for students
Requirements:
– Previous experience working with secondary school students is advantageous
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
– Flexible and adaptable to different teaching environments
