Arabic speaking Administrator

Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Arabic-speaking Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic administrative team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication within our diverse school community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across various departments within the academy.

  • Utilize the SIMS (School Information Management System) for data entry, maintenance, and reporting.

  • Serve as a liaison for Arabic-speaking students and parents, facilitating clear and effective communication.

  • Assist in organizing school events, meetings, and appointments.

  • Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in both English and Arabic.

  • Full time role, 08:00-16:00pm

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Desirable:

  • Experience using SIMS or similar school management systems.

  • Previous experience in an educational administrative role.
