Cover Supervisor – Secondary School

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a secondary school in Stafford. This is a full-time position starting in June 2025 for 1 term, with the potential for extension.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that students stay on task and complete set work. This role requires excellent communication skills, a calm and patient demeanour, and the ability to manage a classroom effectively.
Key Requirements:
– Previous experience working in a school setting is desirable but not essential
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
– Flexibility and adaptability to work in different subject areas
