Job Description

Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Math’s Teacher to inspire and educate students in a dynamic learning environment full-time as soon as possible. Key responsibilities:

– Plan and teach engaging lessons that motivate the students in your subject and cater to the needs of diverse learners
– Mark and assess students’ work and track student progression
– Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and participation
– Have excellent curriculum knowledge that continues to develop with the advances in the subject, particularly the new and engaging ways to teach Math’s as the subject continues to evolve
– Have strong behavior management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff

To apply for this role, you will need:

– QTS: Qualified Teacher status in Math’s (ECT’s, formerly known as NQT’s, are encouraged to apply)
– Excellent subject knowledge of Math’s in Key Stages 3 (KS3) and 4 (KS4) is essential
– Excellent behavior and classroom management skills
– A strong school reference from your recent employer/placement
