Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis at a secondary school in Lichfield starting in June 2025 for 1 term, with the potential for the contract to be extended.
The ideal candidate will have:
– Experience working in a secondary school setting
– Strong behavior management skills
– Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments
– A passion for supporting students’ learning and development

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
