Experienced Teaching Assistant Needed at Lovely Primary School in Burton
Are you an experienced and dedicated teaching assistant looking for a new opportunity? Zest Education is seeking a talented individual to join a charming primary school in Burton starting in September for the first half term, with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
– Supporting the class teacher in daily activities
– Assisting and supporting children with their learning
– Working 1:1 and in small groups to provide targeted support
– Leading engaging learning activities for students
– Maintaining a high standard of behaviour within the classroom
– Creating and sustaining an interesting and stimulating classroom environment
Requirements:
– Level 3 qualification in teaching assistance (preferred)
– Previous experience working in a primary school setting (required)
– Understanding of safeguarding practices and protocols
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Passion for education and helping children succeed

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
