⭐Teaching Assistant at Primary School in Hednesford⭐
Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a brilliant primary school in Hednesford, on a part time basis, starting in September for the first term, with the possibility of extension.
Role Overview:
– Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality education
– Assist pupils in their learning journey, working both 1:1 and in small groups
– Lead small learning activities to enhance student engagement
– Maintain positive behaviour in the classroom
– Other teaching assistant responsibilities as required
Ideal Candidate:
– Level 3 qualified (preferred)
– Experience working in a primary school setting (required)
– Understanding of safeguarding procedures
– Organized and able to multitask effectively
– Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with staff and students

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
